Estimates
Estimates are free and valid for the period stated on the written estimate. Final pricing may change if hidden damage such as rotted decking or sheathing is discovered once work begins; any change is documented and approved before we proceed.
Financing
Financing offers, including 0% interest for up to 18 months, are provided by third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval and lender terms. Not all applicants will qualify.
Warranties
Workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms are stated on your signed contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by later alterations, neglect or events outside our control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the work performed under the applicable contract.
